Clear Token Parking Meters

Now available on select meters in downtown Richmond

A Clear Token device is shown attached to a parking meter in downtown Richmond. The Clear Token Android app allows a user to pay for their parking without the hassle of coins or a credit card. The digital ink of the Clear Token device reads PAID upon completion of the transaction.
